As a Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective media strategies to support our clients' business objectives. This position involves managing complex projects and high-profile clients and collaborating with a fast paced team to deliver performance, while staying current with industry trends and best practices. You will be responsible for crafting media plans, analyzing data, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Media Strategies: Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Complex Project Management: Take on more intricate projects and manage high-profile client accounts.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and advertising best practices to enhance strategy development.
- Media Planning & Execution: Build a strong understanding of media planning and campaign management, and independently manage campaign budgets.
- Data Analysis & Research: Analyze campaign performance data and conduct research to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution of media campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support campaign success and foster a collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Willing to work a 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time shift
- 1+ year managing performance search media, ideally Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to draw insights and build recommendations with guidance
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in eCommerce and digital marketing
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts) and general Microsoft Office proficiency
- Passion for staying current on industry trends and innovations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
