We're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing our organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across multiple functions - account management, media and advertising, data, and content & creative - to help bring great people through the door.

This is a 6-month fixed-term employment opportunity based in Costa Rica, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions, from intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach - not just inbound applicants
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, positive experience at every stage
  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and guide offers through to close
  • Contribute to improving our recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand over time
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics to keep stakeholders informed and pipelines moving

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at a staffing/search firm
  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions, including the US, is required - you're comfortable navigating different talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations across geographies
  • Demonstrated success filling roles across multiple functions - ideally including some combination of account management, digital media, data, or creative disciplines
  • Experience in or strong familiarity with the media, advertising, or marketing technology industry is a plus - but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate
  • Fluent in English - you'll be communicating daily with candidates and stakeholders across regions
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable using an ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.); quick to pick up new tech
  • A bias for action - you move fast, follow up, and don't let things fall through the cracks
